01Ship full products solo
Not just features. Whole apps, end-to-end, from first commit to paying users.
Background
The person behind the code, and how I work.
Story
I'm a solo founder and full-stack developer running PileUp Digital. I design, build, deploy, and maintain software products end to end — and I handle the business side too: bookkeeping, customer support, billing, and infrastructure.
My flagship product is BugMe, an ADHD-focused productivity app I built from scratch. It runs across web, Android, and iOS with a shared backend, real Stripe billing, AI-powered features, and a 12-tier notification escalation engine. It's live, it has paying users, and I built every layer of it.
Before starting PileUp Digital I worked in IT operations at a car dealership — setting up systems, managing inventory databases, handling hardware and software troubleshooting, running day-to-day tech. That's where I learned to solve real problems under real constraints, not write code in a vacuum.
I'm also a Business Administration student at UNC Charlotte, which means I think about products from both the engineering and the business side. I use AI tooling heavily to move faster, but I understand what it's generating — I don't ship code I can't explain.
What I reach for.
To a team.
Not just features. Whole apps, end-to-end, from first commit to paying users.
Frontend to infra, web to mobile, database to deploy pipeline. One brain, no handoffs.
VPS, DNS, SSL, monitoring, backups, on-call. The stuff that breaks at 3am.
Billing, support tickets, bookkeeping, customer comms. Software is half the job.
Web, Android, iOS — all talking to the same backend, with bearer-token auth and shared state.
Claude, LLM tooling, prompt engineering — used heavily, but understood. I don't ship code I can't read.
